Closing Time! Congratulations to my awesome Clients who just closed on their new home! When they called me and said they wanted to rent in VA (Moving from Philadelphia, PA) I was like ' I got you!' I was able to break down renting vs owning/ buying to them and they listened! Honestly why rent if you can own,especially if you are paying about the same amount?This meant that we had t to sell their house in Philadelphia, PA in order to close on their new home in VA, and with a Kick-out clause involved!🥶

With God being by Our side, we were able to sell the property in Philadelphia and then close on their current home in Virginia some few days later!
They love their new home and this brings me some much joy!🥳💃

This lil Bubba came all the way from New Jersey to visit and stay.🥰 It inserts perfectly into the air vent.Problem solved( for me!ha!) I think I am terrible at making the mountable ones stick/ stay so they end on the floor of my car somehow 🤣🤣🤣.I have two of the ones that mount on the dashboard currently( one i personally bought and one gifted to me by my sister because she realised I needed another one for obvious reasons😊🥰.
Now my client visits and we are house hunting and she notices the same haha. Guess what?,she brings lil Bubba on her next trip to town.
I am so loved and can't get over it! Haha🤪🥰 Thank you guys
