Not because attendance alone creates success, but because engagement creates proximity — proximity to leadership, collaboration, accountability and opportunity."

I have been able to help new agents become $300k earners and I have had agents earn nothing but leave and do business elsewhere. If an agent isn't working, they aren't earning. Period. Doesn't matter how good the tech and training is, how much mentoring and coaching they receive, or what split they earn.

The Internet, increasing ability to work from anywhere and online, and too many part-time and gig real estate agents is changing the industry rapidly. Running a business is hard. Independent contractors should remember they are business owners, and not employees.

Although agents frequently ask for more training, more coaching and more resources, they're not always showing up.

I started working with Ashley in 2020. She was a newer agent, I was a new managing broker. I appreciate the trust she put in me to help her build her business, and I am so proud of all the success she has earned in the years we have worked together.

I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are looking for a military-friendly agent. As an Army veteran herself, she knows exactly how to take care of the particular needs and timelines military moves entail, and well versed in VA loans.

There’s a question many agents eventually find themselves asking quietly:
How long should I keep my real estate license if it isn't earning me money?

Many new agents are told not to expect to make money for anywhere from 6-12 months. While this *may* be true for many, this is the wrong way to set an expectation of success early on. I strive to get agents making money as soon as possible. Between association dues, MLS fees, marketing expenses, and the time invested, this business quickly becomes expensive when closings aren’t happening consistently... or at all. The cost of "waiting out" the market or paying to close one deal a year or less is very high.

What I’ve learned after working with so many agents is that frequently those who struggle aren’t lacking talent or work ethic. They simply haven’t been shown a clear roadmap for generating business or had the right support around them to build momentum.

Helping agents grow their business is something I care deeply about. I’ve had the privilege of working beside agents who once felt unsure about where their next deal would come from and helped them build strong, consistent businesses over time. Real estate is one of the few professions where the right mentorship, structure, and environment can completely change the trajectory of someone’s career, yet most brokerages don't provide it, and many agents don't know what they don't know. You may be happy with your broker, or the cofee they serve, but if they aren't helping you make money, when will you put your business and yourself first? Success doesn't come by accident. It is created with a strong plan, intention, and action.
