From breathtaking river views to Sheba's first taste of puppy ice cream from the local legend, 🍦 🐶 (YES, I finally met the man behind the ice cream magic 😍) our walk through Potomac Shores was nothing short of delightful!

This neighborhood has something for everyone - townhomes, single family homes and even luxury villas. Plus, it's got a 13,000 sqft social hub with a gym, pools, a demonstration kitchen which regularly hosts fun events like sip and paint 🎨 🍷, and even a community garden (my personal highlight! 🌿 🍅 🥒). The schools here cover all ages, and there's a golf club, too!

Coming soon: a fully walkable marketplace that will bring shopping 🛍️, dining 🍝 and entertainment 🍿 right to your doorstep - this spot is definitely going to be a new gathering hub for the entire region!
