Friends on FB please do yourselves a favor and NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM PAWSIONATE !!!! I’ve been trying for a month to get an issue resolved and there is NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THE COMPANY (everything has to be done via email), they have NO control over their merchandise (it’s outsourced overseas), even with the mistakes made being AT THEIR END, they can’t expedite a corrected order (you go back to the end of the queue) yet they ask you to please remove your complaint from PayPal. This is why I pay with PayPal. PayPal takes these complaints to heart and they have the power to remove the company from their approved vendor list!!! This hurts Pawsionate’s bottom line monetarily so of course they ask you to remove the complaint. If enough people repost this and Pawsionate (also known by other company names by the emails I’ve received) see a decline in their business then maybe we can light a fire under their and similar companies behinds to care about the consumer, their company’s reputation and get them to improve their service! I AM PI**ED! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
