We bought a house!!! Guys, you can still do it!

I’m sure you’ve seen headlines about increasing interest rates. However, the great thing about any interest rate is that it isn’t permanent- you can always refinance and get a lower rate down the road.

As for home values, they *always* increase (in fact, experts say values increase about 1% every. single. month). So, the longer you wait the higher your mortgage payment will be- and that never changes.

If you are thinking of buying, don’t hesitate. It’s still a great time to buy a house.
