I absolutely love color so this is stunning to me! What do you think, all of this bold color or a bright white kitchen?

With inky cabinetry, zellige tile, and a tailored approach to function, this kitchen by Elise Metzger | Forward Fruit balances mood and livability.

Texture and materiality play a key role. The clients were drawn to the handmade quality of the tile, so Elise incorporated it with a twist, mixing in platinum tiles alongside the rich purple. “The addition of the platinum tiles are one of my favorite aspects of this kitchen,” she shares. “We laid out several options digitally and they all felt too stiff. Finally, I decided to pepper them in more organically and I couldn’t be more pleased.” Brizo® Kitchen & Bath, Rejuvenation hardware, and Mitzi Lighting sconces complete the scene.

I was so honored to help my clients move forward after the loss of their family member. Selling off someone’s home after passing is not an easy task. My hope is that I made the experience as easy and seamless as possible! Thank you for trusting me to guide you through this experience!

Been crazy busy selling houses and trying to savor the small moments! But I was blessed to attend 2 baseball events with my Realestate friends and family.

First the Metro YPN board from SPAAR hosted our annual networking Saints event. Congratulations to our own committee member and photographer Borna on winning our passport challenge. If you are a real estate professional who is interested in joining our networking group please hit me up. I would love to bring you to an event as my guest. This group is very near and dear to my heart and has helped me in my realtor role in so many ways!

Then my KW family volunteered to help facilitate and cheer on some very talented baseball players at Miracle field last Wednesday night. I was so proud to have my family there supporting such an amazing cause! My heart is so full and memories were definitely made. Loved watching Frankie try to run even faster for her game buddy!

Congratulations to my sellers. Thank you for trusting me with the sale of your parent’s home after their passing. Helping you close this chapter and move forward has been my honor.
