The first time home buyers median age is now 38.

38% of first time home buyers were between the ages of 25 to 34.

The repeat buyers age is now 61.

This survey was conducted by the National Association of Realtors.

Its education day today for real estate. I am taking advantage of my realtor scholarship to further my education.

Education is power. Knowledge is everything.

In a changing world, its important to keep up date on rules, laws, and regulations in the industry that you work in.

My clients know that I am always learning and growing. Whether its an in person conference out of state or sitting at home on a zoom call, I make education a priority.

I am always looking to continue my real estate education. In the real estate industry, its imperative that I keep up with the latest trends, rules, and regulations. This only helps me and my clients to give them the best service possible. I am thankful for being chosen for this New York State Realtor Scholarship in 2025. Onward and upward this year!!

I cant believe its been 5 years already at Keller Williams Realty. What a great journey I have been on. The people I me have been absolutely amazing-clients, colleagues who became friends, and all the wonderful people I have the pleasure of interacting and assisting.
