August was crazy fun but I cannot believe we’re in September already! After the wedding in July here at our farm, with months of get ready projects, August brought me back to horses and houses!
I had so much fun helping Nathan find his first home after a move back to Minnesota! And I got to know his mom Lisa whom I’ve heard so much about over the years while Showing horses with his sister Caitlin! We found the perfect home for Nathan and won in multiple offers!
I love what I do and so happy when we get to closing day and I see the happiness as they sign that final page to home ownership! Congratulations Nathan!

I don’t know about you, but To Do list’s for me are a must! Make a master on Sunday. Then break it down each night crossing off your wins!

I often hear people say they don’t have enough money saved up yet for down payment on a home. So make a goal out of it! Instead of buying two soda’s in a day, buy one and pay an envelope for the other marked as dream fund!

This can work in all aspects of your life! Set goals and be intentional to get there! You got this! But, I’m here if you need ideas!
