Just because most people prefer to shop for homes during nice weather doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy a house in the winter. Winter might even be a better idea than buying in the summer. Here’s why:

1. You Might Get a Better Deal

Most sellers are more motivated to offload a home on the market during the winter months, when home sales traditionally slow down.

❗️You do NOT need a 700 credit score to buy a house💰🏡

Although it is recommended that you have atleast a 620 credit score, there are lenders that can approve you for a mortgage loan with a 580 🗣🗣🗣 credit score.
