This is Hope Prater aka Kayla! She is 18 months sober. Her sobriety date is 10/23/24. She came to Bethesda House Ministries on 9/29/25. Kayla is a sponge when it comes to learning & growing In the Lord. She loves her kids to the moon and back. She is vulnerable, transparent, consistently growing even when it is extremely hard, finding her true self in who Jesus says she is. She is courageous, victorious, learning to look forward and press ahead with goals in front of her while being patient for His timing. We are so proud of her! We all love you girl keep going!

And she is not rotten but absolutely PRECIOUS! (See how I just did that Kayla)

We are so very proud of this lady right here Maggie Mae Hale. Maggie came into our program January 24 of 2025. It was not long after she came that we saw absolute leadership qualities within her. She became the house mom in a matter of months and Maggie excels at everything she is asked to do.

What I most admire about Maggie as she has continued to grow and make changes in her life, she has been a very dedicated mother to Weston. When Weston‘s caretakers were struggling physically, Maggie would go over there and make sure their household was functioning properly and then come back to our program and still maintain responsibilities with us as well. I believe she loves her son with her whole heart. She is so grateful I know for Cathy and Nana, who have taken care of Weston for her. It is so bittersweet for us here at Bethesda House ministries. We are so excited for the next part of her journey going back home and graduating our program but also very sad. Maggie either completed or met the requirements for each of these classes: The Broken Princess, Eyes on Me,  finance class, CPRS sessions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy & Getting your Life on Target.

She was an amazing house manager that did everything that was asked of her and never complained. We are so proud of you Maggie Hale.

Everyone got up and we all prayed over her before we ended the night.
