Still catching up on posts... 2024 started out by helping two past clients (and friends). I was able to help one sell their dad's home after his passing and was able to help another client's dad purchase a single-level townhome.

Last year a client lost his dad. I had helped his dad purchase his townhome a few years back. I was honored when my client reached out asking to help him and his brother navigate selling this home during a truly unfortunate time. Thankfully, the home was in a trust and made the steps slightly easier. Losing a parent is never easy. It's emotional. It's also a lot of work during a time of grief. Thankful for this opportunity and thankful that I was able to provide extra love and support during this time for my friend/client.

The second family I was able to help are longtime friends and also a past client. Their dad has been looking for just the right one-level townhome in just the right area for over a year. We finally found just the one and I'm so happy that dad will be able to call this one home.

So grateful to have been entrusted with both of these transactions. 💜 I love helping friends. I love helping past clients. And I love helping their families, especially in times like these. Thanks to all for these opportunities.
