Econ 101 right here. The number of single-family homes for sale in most of our surrounding towns is in the single-digits. Although buyers tend to be up against fewer competing offers and may be able to negotiate more favorable terms compared to last year, the lack of inventory is keeping prices high in Bergen County. 🏡
