🌟🎈JUST SOLD!!! 🎈🌟
I had the pleasure of working with Maddie in the coaching program at KW Valley. A few months back she decided to leave the business. Over the summer she contacted me that she was interested in making a move and I was so honored when she told me I was the only agent she wanted to work with. The transaction became a family affair with her mom and her boyfriend, all of whom were amazing clients and teammates.
We set out on selling her River Vale home and looking at properties out in Sussex and Warren counties. The goal was more land and a quieter lifestyle. The first property we found had inspection issues that were not going to be reconciled easily. We had locked down our River Vale buyer and needed to pivot fast. We were fortunate to find this amazing property in Newton that checked all the boxes. It was not an easy feat, nudging out 11 other offers. Thankfully the agent on the other side operated with a similar approach and mindset as I do, which made this purchase super smooth, even during some inevitable road bumps.
Again, it wasn’t always easy, with all the moving parts and personalities to juggle, but we got to the finish line. I will miss this crew so much. Random fun fact- almost every time we got together for something important in the transaction it was pouring rain, from listing appointment to handing off the keys.
Thank you again for trusting me with these two deals. Wishing you all the happiness in the world!
