With a distinguished career in sales and marketing, Gina M. Palumbo, is a respected leader in the Real Estate Industry today. She began her career and strong marketing foundation with a focused education in Marketing, by earning a BS and an MBA in Marketing and Business Administration in NYC. Working in a few concentrated industries in sales and
marketing, Gina prospered her career by achieving her NY and NJ Real Estate Brokers’ Licenses. With over 30 years in Sales and Marketing, Gina has concentrated 20 of those years in Real Estate in the Northeast. Beginning in residential sales in 1994, Gina specialized in new construction and land development working on-site sales for new home communities for builders when at Murphy Realty Better Homes & Gardens and Coldwell Banker on various new construction single family and multi-family projects. Gina soon enough took on managerial roles in sales and marketing at Weichert New Homes and Land Co., Inc. where she ultimately headed the company as Executive Vice President for several years. Under her tenure at Weichert New Homes and Land, Gina opened up new markets growing the company to seven regions across four states, including: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Working with over a hundred various builders and developers, she built strong relationships with builders in marketing their new homes, and eventually used her expertise to market land and development opportunities to developers and investors supporting their business growth in both residential and commercial real estate. Gina furthered her career in Real Estate through land acquisition in NY and NJ with Seasons Real Estate and as an Independent Real Estate Broker in commercial sales and leasing in NYC. Prior to joining KW Commercial, Gina developed the Commercial, New Homes & Land division at Abbott & Caserta Realtors in Wyckoff, NJ. In her previous roles, and here at KW Commercial, Gina continues to support both agents and clients in ‘making the most of their return on investment in their commercial businesses’. She provides dynamic leadership and invaluable, hands-on support with the agents and clients. Her vast background in commercial and residential development, allows Gina to provide both agents and clients with a keen understanding of commercial investments, by truly identifying the best use of a property resulting in its greatest return. Gina is qualified with not only knowledge, but also a spirited edge attesting her passion for commercial real estate.
