Serving 33 years in the non-profit sector which includes a distinguished career in the United Nations High Commissioner office of Refugees “UNHCR” (Alto Comisionado de Naciones Unidas para Refugiados “ ACNUR”) in South America, and as program developer and coordinator of Managed Care Consumer Assistance Program “MCAP”, of the well-known non-profit organization Children's Aids Society in NYC. After
a successful career of many years in the social service sector, Pilar decided decided to continue to build her career by leveraging her skills, unwavering drive to deliver results and unwavering work ethic, Pilar decided she wanted to help individuals and families find their dream home. After receiving her license as a real estate salesperson, she has worked with two of the most successful real estate firms in Queens, NY. One of which includes her current firm - REAL PROACTIVE ALLIANCE TEAM “REAL”. During her time at REAL she has had the privilege to meet and connect with a wide network of lead real estate agents, brokers, lawyers and bankers in Queens and Long Island Counties, NY. Along with her PROACTIVE and results oriented approach, Pilar has provided the best service to her clients. Pilar has completed several training and certification programs in order to better assist her clients. One of her most recent accomplishments has been becoming a Certified Buyer Representative -CBR-. All these skills, matched with her experience, professionalism and caring personality have allowed her clients feel comfortable and trust that Pilar holds their best interests as the number one priority.
