Over the last 14 years, I have worked my way up from a Broker to a Managing Broker specialize in assisting buyers & sellers. Having lived and traveled around western WA, I am very familiar with most cities, towns, and neighborhoods. Before real estate I was in the construction business, owning my own business as a general contractor for 25 years and then as a project manager for a high end builder. My work consisted of building and remodeling of multi-million-dollar homes. I bring this knowledge and expertise forward as I help my clients navigate through the home buying, selling and inspection process. I pride myself on having achieved close to a 100% referral-based business, which is truly unique in today's day and age.
