This is important-

Many landlords have become out of touch with reality. They seem almost predatory. Being a landlord doesn’t mean squeezing every last penny out of a tenant which ends up driving housing instability.
 There is a balance, lets hope we are in the process of achieving it-

The Justice Department, together with its state co-plaintiffs, filed an amended complaint today in its antitrust lawsuit against RealPage, to sue six of the nation’s largest landlords for participating in algorithmic pricing schemes that harmed renters.
