Keeping your visions and your dreams alive is the fuel that you need in order to make the impossible , possible. The secret is always to expand your mind and to use your imagination. And to stay true to your visions and the desires that come from a pure heart. What is infused with love will never fail you.

Don’t limit your thoughts to what is. If you do, you will never be able to create anything different.

I managed to bring into my life many things that were just dreams once and I am happy and grateful that now I am actively creating my life, instead of witnessing it.

Sound healing event tonight 1/5 7:30 pm and Sunday 1/7 @ 5:30pm 🌟

If you have never been to a sound bath before it’s a relaxation concert where all you have to do is lay down and rest and receive the healing sounds of the gong and singing bowls which remove negative energy and realign our energy centers.

I fell in love 🫶 with Holbox 🇲🇽 since the first footstep on this tiny little sand bar. Practicing in this place was a dream of mine and I am so deeply grateful to have been able to manifest it! A huge heartfelt thank you to for making this happen!!

When you wish something with all your heart and your desire is pure and sincere, the universe WILL conspire in helping you achieve it.

Anything truly is possible in this universe, if you stretch your mind and you allow your heart and your imagination to guide you.

One of my most favorite places to eat when I’m home is . One day they had these amazing blue glass bottles. I knew instantly I wanted to share these in my swag bag for my Ojai retreat.

So I reached out to the manufacturer asking them if they wanted to support their local LA yoga community and they didn’t hesitate for one single second. After connecting with the founder Kayden, learning her story, matching my enthusiasm and passions we etched 12 messages one for each bottle - Divine Love, Abundance, Moksha, Mermaid, Gratitude, Eternal Lotus, Ganesh, Compassion, Joyful Bliss, Awakening and OM. Their motto is Being Love Unites Everyone, BLUE 💙

When I set them out on the table and let everyone pick whatever spoke to them, they were an instantly excited to choose!! We used them every day – in practice, meditation, soundbath, hikes, picnics, lounging by the pool.

I obviously chose the Mermaid 🧜🏼‍♀️ bottle which read, Wild, Magical and Free. As a self-proclaimed mermaid, I try to always be right with our Mother earth 🌏 These bottles are recycled glass found in the ocean only to be made for our second round of consumption. Always feels good to do right by the forces of nature.

When I first booked Teatime with aromatherapy, I have to admit it was for the students on retreat. I don’t drink anything with caffeine in it. No sodas, coffee, tea or other elixirs. But clearly, I haven’t sat with Chesarae and Michelle from 🤍

Her voice soothed our souls, her rituals opened up our hearts, and her patient self made it all possible. I watched all of us ladies during this experience. We went from having an open mind for this eperience, to sharing our deepest desires to a forever friendship.

I talk about community and ladies’ circles and being present, but it was the body language that hit differently that was observed for this one in particular. We all listened with a clear mind, drank from our cups, shared our stories, rose above the minor complications, and collectively united our energies to make a difference on our path.

I am eternally grateful to have witnessed this and to be a part of this culture we are creating for ourselves. Without the judgments, without the self-inflicted inner critic that is ever so present, just to be enlightened and blissful.

I had the privilege of holding space for a group of really incredible women on the most enchanted land and I enjoyed every moment of it!🙏🏻❤️

I woke up every morning with a heart full of gratitude and love, happy to share the practice with my students!

The retreats are opportunities for us to open our hearts in a safe place, to create meaningful bonds and to find the courage to be vulnerable inside a safe circle. 🫶🏼

Truly grateful for this experience and all the women who put their trust in me! Sending you much love my dears! You know who you are🤍🤍🤍

I wholeheartedly believe in women supporting women. 🙏🏻🤍 and having the right circle of women around you is the greatest life blessing. As women, we do need to create a safe space for one another, a space for sharing, for opening our hearts, a space where you feel supported and seen. I believe it’s vital for us to nurture these connections and sink into feminine energy.

I can’t tell you how many times I have thanked myself for believing. Believing in the vision. Believing in setting powerful intentions.

Making my vision bigger and brighter. Thinking about what I want and see it with every single detail. I continue to breath the vision in – suspending my breath to receive the blessings, miracles, and answered prayers that activate every cell in my body and exhale feeling grateful pulling all the energy up.

We are not here to play small. We are here to expand our vision. – receive the blessings – Relax, Heal, Manifest and Self-care.

Blessing the whole world with it.

Retreat dates are already set for next year in Puerto Vallarta 🇲🇽 in February and Costa Rica 🇨🇷 in May and there are still a few spots if your like to join ✨

Join me on a journey through sound. Sound Healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Different sound vibrations interact with our physical and energetic bodies in beneficial ways. It’s a way to clear your mind to unlock blocked emotions, give your body a rest relieving any anxiety and stress and an actual reset to reenergize and live your best life.

Special guest Zach will be guiding you through a series of positive affirmations and deep relaxation techniques as you lay down in savasana. While I will be playing the crystal singing bowls and the gong. The crystal bowls fine tune our Chakras and the gong clears and washes away our stress and negative energy.
