They specialize in residential sales and also have experience in securing profitable investment properties, multi-family units, real estate auctions, and foreclosures. The bilingual brothers were not just able to survive during the short-sale years but thrived while negotiating and mitigating complicated transactions and all that goes with them – tax liens, bankruptcies, squatter evictions, REAP dismissal – with a 93% success rate for their clients. Prior to his foray into real estate, Oscar worked in the mortgage business and has a great understanding of loan products and the lending process. He also has extensive experience in customer service, operations and management. Alex worked as a bilingual legal aide to a senior partner at a prestigious Los Angeles law firm and also earned “Rookie of the Year” during his first year with Pinnacle Properties. As a team, they have received Executive Club and 100% Club awards during their past six years with Re/Max. In his free time, Oscar is a devoted husband to wife Susan, a non-profit professional. He and Susan have been married 22 years and have three young sons to complete their family. Oscar enjoys completing home improvement projects, restoring classic cars and extreme sports including snowboarding and whitewater rafting. Alex loves to train and run marathons, likes to cook and loves to travel. He enjoys salsa dancing and gives back to the community by donating blood and working on service projects. Both brothers are talented musicians and currently play in a local band together.
