Born Here. My name is Reanna Lintz, and I am a proud 7th-generation Colorado native. I was born in Colorado Springs and raised in Divide, CO, alongside my three younger brothers—Sage, Harley, and Ashton Marcengill. I was brought up by my mother, Lacey Willis, and was lucky to grow up next door to my grandparents, Deborah and Rowan Burk, whose support played a big role in shaping who I am today. I graduated from Woodland Park High School in 2013 with a 3.75 GPA, having been actively involved in Volleyball, Basketball, Track & Field, and Softball. I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and a minor in Organizational & Strategic Communication from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs in 2018. My journey in real estate began early—in 2011—as a front desk associate at RE/MAX Performance in Woodland Park. In 2015, I became a Real Estate Assistant to my grandmother, who had over 25 years of experience in the industry. I also helped manage our family’s excavation company, Diamond B Up To Grade. I earned my Colorado Real Estate License in 2017 and became an independent Real Estate Agent in 2020. In 2023, I proudly joined the Coldwell Banker 1st Choice Realty team in Woodland Park, CO. Since becoming licensed, I’ve completed over 200 hours of continuing education and earned the following professional designations:

To date, I’ve sold 31 properties and leased 111 properties across Teller, Park, and El Paso Counties. Today, I live in Divide, CO with my husband, Wyatt Lintz, our two daughters, Grace and Khloe, and our four beloved pets—Sienna, Tilly, Ella, and Arlo. As both a lifelong resident and dedicated real estate professional, I take great pride in helping individuals and families find their perfect place in our beautiful Colorado communities.
