Motherhood has taught me that strength and softness can exist at the same time.
It’s early mornings, late nights, sacrifices no one sees, and loving people through every season of life.

To the moms building businesses, raising babies, holding families together, showing up exhausted, healing quietly, and still finding a way to smile… I see you. 🤍

And to the women who step into mother roles without the title, the grandmas, bonus moms, aunties, mentors, and women carrying loss today — you matter too.

I’m posting the speeches my daughters gave on my 50th birthday because lately life has felt really heavy, and when I feel broken down, overwhelmed, or unsure of where I’m headed… I come back to this video.

I watch it to remind myself that I am loved. Cherished. Valued. Seen.

When my heart feels heavy and life is challenging me in ways I didn’t expect, this video grounds me. It reminds me that God created me with purpose. That I am more than my hardest moments. More than my mistakes. More than the seasons where I feel lost.

These beautiful daughters of mine have given me grace, forgiveness, love, and perspective even in moments when I couldn’t see the good in myself. Even when I wasn’t perfect. Even when I made big mistakes. Somehow, they still saw me… when I couldn’t see myself.

And maybe that’s what love really is. Being reminded who you are by the people who know your heart the deepest. 🤍

Corrina is about to welcome baby number two and she’s choosing a home birth again on purpose with confidence and with strength the opinions were not the first time the doubt that you should do it this way and she didn’t fold because it herself and brought Sterling into this world, healthy, safe and strong. That’s the part people don’t talk about the courage it takes to stand in your own choices when everyone else has something to say Corrina, hope you always feel how proud I am of you. You’re an incredible mom and I cannot wait to meet this sweet baby.
