Application fee is $35 per adult applicant
The household needs to income qualify by making 2x the monthly rent and pass the application screening.

2 bedroom rent is $1,547.00
3 bedroom rent is $1,777.00

Applications can be picked up Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm
