Nancy Emerman is celebrating her 35th year in real estate this year! She is proud to be one of the original 9 partners who opened the first KW Realty in Cleveland. She is a Certif

ied DRS Agent, meaning that she has a special understanding of physicians' needs. The DRS Agent designation is the sole real estate designation that is recognized and endorsed by the top four national medical associations in the country to include the AMA, AOA, AMSA and SOMA. These four medical associations actively market the DRS designation to their members and encourage them to work with those holding the designation. Marty Emerman joined his wife in 2002 and that is when the 'Emerman Team - Spouses Selling Houses' was started.
