Some homes announce themselves. This one doesn't need to.

There's a quietness to this Portola Valley property that's hard to put into words — the kind you feel the moment you arrive. The sound of trees. The stillness in the air. The sense that the rest of the world can wait.

It doesn't need to be loud to be special. And if you know, you know.

Take a look — link in bio.

There's a version of this job that's just paperwork and open houses. That was never the version I signed up for.

Over the years, I've come to understand that real estate is so much more than a transaction — it's one of the most significant decisions a person makes. It shapes where your children grow up, where your family gathers, and what you leave behind for the people who come after you.

That's the weight of what I carry into every conversation, every negotiation, every closing.

If you're thinking about your next move — buying, selling, or simply exploring what's possible — I'd be honored to walk that journey with you.

Some homes deserve to be seen at the right hour.

This Thursday, we're hosting a sunset tour at an exceptional Portola Valley residence — because this one really does earn it.

Set on a 12,400 sq ft lot within the Portola Valley School District and minutes from Alpine Road and Highway 280, the home offers the rare combination of true privacy and effortless access. The arrival alone sets the tone: a sculptural stone waterfall, a grand entry, flexible living spaces on either side. Upstairs, walls of glass open through telescoping doors to an expansive terrace with a spa. Inside, you'll find soaring ceilings, a chef's kitchen with walnut cabinetry and top-tier appliances, a luxurious primary suite with private terrace, library with fireplace, wine room, and more. Owned solar and EV charging round it out.

This is the kind of home that reveals itself slowly — and golden hour is the best time to start.

Join us Thursday evening for a sunset tour. Reply here or reach out directly to RSVP.

One of the most common topics that comes up in conversations with families—especially those relocating to Silicon Valley—is education.

For many families, it plays a major role in the decision to move. It goes beyond just the neighborhood itself. It’s about the options available, the quality of those schools, and how they contribute to shaping a child’s future.

This is one of the reasons Silicon Valley continues to stand out.

It offers more than just beautiful homes—it provides a lifestyle where privacy and community exist in balance, along with access to opportunities that support both family life and long-term growth.

If you were making the choice—would you lean toward public or private? Or a mix of both? I’d love to hear your thoughts

These are just a few pieces of who I am outside of real estate – but they are also the very things that shape how I do my work every day.

Being a mom, a homeowner, a landlord, a longtime Peninsula local, and an active member of this community… all of these experiences have given me a deeper understanding of what “home” really means – not just as a place, but as a feeling.

And over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from all different backgrounds, at all different stages of life – each searching for a place that feels right for them.

If there’s one thing I know for certain, it’s this:
there is a place for you.

The place you’ve been dreaming of.
The place you’ve been looking for.
The place that feels like it was always meant to be yours.

I also know the journey to finding it can feel overwhelming and uncertain at times – because I’ve been there too.

If you’re thinking about making a move in the Peninsula, I would truly be honored to walk with you through that process.

Feel free to send me a message, email me, or give me a call – whatever feels most comfortable to you. Just know, you don’t have to do this alone.

What happens when more capital enters the market… while inventory remains low?

It’s something I’ve been thinking about as we continue to watch the Silicon Valley real estate market evolve.

With the growth of AI companies and a number of anticipated IPOs, there’s potential for a significant amount of capital to flow back into the market in the near future. At the same time, we’re still seeing historically low housing inventory.

In past market cycles, this combination has often led to increased competition and upward pressure on home prices.

Of course, every market is different—but understanding these patterns can help us better prepare for what may be ahead.

I’d love to hear your thoughts—do you think this could mirror previous tech-driven growth, or do you see this cycle unfolding differently?

There are properties that check your boxes — and then there are ones that add boxes you didn't know you needed.

This Portola Valley residence sits close to Alpine Road and Highway 280 — every convenience within reach — while feeling like its own private world the moment you arrive. A sculptural stone waterfall leads to a grand entry flanked by a private office or fifth bedroom with a half bath on one side, and a fully appointed guest retreat with kitchenette and full bath on the other. Flexible, thoughtful, and immediately impressive.

The main living level opens through telescoping glass doors to an expansive terrace and resort-inspired grounds with a spa. The great room with modern fireplace, the bespoke kitchen with walnut cabinetry and top-tier appliances, the primary suite with its own private terrace and skylit rainfall shower — every space has been designed with both beauty and function in mind.

A library with fireplace, a wine room, a mudroom, owned solar, and EV charging (240V) round out a home that's as practical as it is stunning. All within the Portola Valley School District.

This is the kind of listing that doesn't stay available long. If you'd like to see it in person, I'd love to set up a private showing.

For me, moving to Woodside was a lifestyle decision. I was drawn to its more relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, something that feels increasingly rare. What many describe as “quiet luxury,” I see as a focus on quality, simplicity, and a sense of ease. It’s not about being flashy—it’s about living well, in a way that feels grounded and intentional.

After living and working here for over 20 years, I’ve seen how this unique lifestyle continues to attract individuals who value both privacy and proximity, those with fast-paced careers who want a place to truly unwind and reconnect at home.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, what comes to mind when you think of Woodside?
