A realtors favorite day is Closing Day! 📆

1499 Buggy Ridge is officially sold! 🥳

There are a lot of people I have to thank for making this home sale possible!

It started with referrals and that alone just makes my heart happy!! ❤️

Next we had the sellers who met with me and allowed me to be part of the process. ☺️

After that we had a great agent representing the buyers - thank you Alisa Holler Eberly!

Lastly we had people on the back end working to get all of the paperwork, title, and deed in order. Thank you to Grabill and Cook and Angela Adkins Musick with Old Town for keeping us all in the loop!

Real estate is really a team effort and this crew worked together and got it done even if sometimes it was a little crazy! 💪 I really do appreciate you all!
