Had absolutely zero clue that I’d grow up to be someone people trust with the biggest most impactful decision they would ever make in their life but here we are…

And I would not have it any other way. I still wake up every morning and pray I don’t ever wake up from this dream of serving people with my heart and soul each and every day.

Apparently I have a few real estate opinions 😂

But after years of watching sellers leave money on the table, overprice their homes, trusting Zillow more than strategy, or hiring an agent based on who promised the highest number… somebody has to say it.

And I guess that person will be me…

A sign in the yard isn’t a marketing plan.
An open house alone isn’t a strategy.
And “pricing high to leave room for negotiation” is usually the reason homes sit.

The truth is buyers take action FAST when a home is positioned in the market correctly.

The first days on market matter more than most people realize. That’s where momentum happens. That’s where buyers emotionally attach. That’s where competition is created.

But it doesn’t stop there.

Staging matters.
Marketing matters.
Online exposure matters.
Negotiation matters.
Strategy matters.

Because this isn’t just a house. This is one of the biggest financial assets you own. And if you are trusting me to sell it I am determined to put my all into it.

I don’t believe in “list it and hope” or “post and ghost.” I believe in positioning homes intentionally, understanding buyer psychology, and helping sellers protect their equity.

Anyway… those are my hills 😂

When someone takes time out of their busy schedules to share their experience partnering with me to achieve one of the biggest decisions of their life I can’t help but think wow someone pinch me!!

Y’all I am SO proud! This has been a while in the making and this closing could not have happened with a more perfect alignment. This is what happens when you trust the process and if it’s meant to be it will be.

This is truly an incredible story. I have watched Austin for years work his tail end off and I’ve watched him grow BIG TIME. Being able to play a part in this is something I will truly hold near and dear to my heart. Been telling him for months this is YOUR year. Now a business owner, homeowner of his dream home and now planning a wedding with the love of his life, who I immediately knew was the one the moment I met Jessie. Watching your friend achieve all of this is something I can’t put into words.

Austin I am so proud 🥹 and I’m so incredibly grateful for your continued trust in me, your friendship, referring me to all your family and friends and allowing me to walk this journey with you and Jessie. I can’t wait for what is yet to come for you guys!

There’s one way to sell a home where the plan is basically:
put it on the market… and hope the right buyer shows up.

And then there’s the version where demand is built before the sign ever goes in the yard.

The difference in results?
Pretty hard to ignore.

A strong sale isn’t luck.
It’s positioning.
It’s timing.
It’s understanding how buyers think.
It’s creating the kind of momentum that makes your home feel like the opportunity buyers don’t want to miss (creating that FOMO energy).

The truth is two people could both ask me the exact same question and my answer is gonna be completely different.

“How is the market Paige?”

Sounds like a simple question to answer doesn’t it? Well it’s actually a lot more complexed than most people think and I can’t honestly answer until you share with me more information.

-are you wanting to buy, sell or both?
-what is your timeline?
-what are your life goals?
-what is important to you?

Talking through those things will allow me to take a look at your big picture so I can help you understand and decide what your best move is. Until then we’re just trying to put a puzzle together with hundreds of missing pieces.

I’m sorry but a one sentence answer will never give you the advice you really need. You need clarity and understanding. You deserve that.
