So happy for my clients as they moved from their neighborhood home to a unique home with over 2 acres of land for their boys to grow up on. I truly can’t wait to see them grow in this new home.
The Cannons reached out to me last summer and we met to make a game plan for them to sell their current home and buy their next one. They worked hard to get their home list-ready, and listed in August - we went under contract, then the next day we went under contract on a home they loved- then the buyer buying their home backed out. The seller for the home they were under contract for did not want to wait for my clients home to go under contract again so that also fell through.
After that, my clients felt the Lord telling them to wait. So we took their home off the market and made plan to re-list in the spring of 2025. However in December, a unique property popped up on the market and really caught their eye, so we quickly went to go look at it and they fell in love. About a week later they were under contract on their dream home! We quickly re-listed their home sooner than expected, and quickly went under contract with buyers who attended the open house (they really can help sell a house) everything went smoothly on all sides - now they are in their dream home with an AMAZING living room & perfect kitchen to bake in. 😍
I am so thankful that not only did they trust in me to help during this process, but they also listened to and trusted in the Lord to have their new home picked out for them - it was all in HIS timing. So blessed to have worked with them, and to call them friends.
