Cherokee saw a large inventory drop, slight cooling in sales, and a modest price decline. Market pace held steady at 39 days, signaling stable buyer engagement despite softer pricing.

Cobb experienced one of the largest inventory contractions, slower buyer activity, longer days on market, and a notable price drop. August marks a clear cooling phase after a strong early summer.

Fulton saw the steepest price correction and a major inventory pullback. Sales slowed more than in Cherokee or Cobb, though market pace remained stable. August reflects a recalibration after a luxury‑heavy July.
