This meme is funny, but so true!

A lot of times, sellers are concerned about how much commission can cost them. I completely understand, as many people want the most money they can get for their home! This is where my true value comes in. Most times, if you use a dedicated agent, you could make enough to cover the cost of my commission and have less work to do! Because For Sale By Owners (FSBO's) are not agents, listing your own home adds more stress because you not only are in charge of marketing your property, but you need to know the forms and contracts, as well as making sure that you are safe while showing your property.
