🎉🎉I had TWO exciting closings yesterday with two different clients and each one deserves their own post!🏡🏡

One closing was the end of a chapter for my amazing buyers/sellers who closed on the sale of their very first home in Smyrna, the place where they built so many memories and brought home their first baby boy. Saying goodbye to that chapter isn’t easy, but what a beautiful next step they’re stepping into…

A new beautiful home where they’ll soon be welcoming their SECOND sweet boy this July 🥹👶💙

Getting to walk alongside them through both the selling and buying side of this journey has been such an honor. And the best part?! I don’t have to go far to see them because they’re officially my NEW NEIGHBORS!! 🙌🏼🏡
