🏡AUGUST, YOU’RE OFF TO A GREAT START! 🎉 And it’s ONLY August 11th! 😳

So far this month, I’ve had:
🏡 2 CLOSINGS ✔️
🎉 2 HOMES UNDER CONTRACT
👀 1 COMING SOON

I know we are hearing it everywhere: “The market is SO slow right now.” While the market may look different than it did a few years ago, I’m here to tell you… there are still LOTS of motivated buyers and sellers out there! It’s also more important than ever to prep and stage a home to get it show-ready and sell fast! 🏠❤️

Every transaction is different, and behind every closing is a person, a family, a new chapter, or a BIG life transition. That’s what makes this job so incredibly meaningful to me.

I’m beyond grateful for every client who trusts me to guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether you’re buying, selling, moving up, downsizing, relocating, or simply trying to figure out what your next move looks like—I’m honored to be in your corner. 🥹❤️

So here’s to the rest of August! 🥂🏡
Let’s see what you’ve got! 😉

🎉 My second closing yesterday was also extra special! 🏡

My super sweet out-of-town buyer is relocating from Alabama to be closer to her children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren—how amazing is that?! 🥹❤️ She secured a gorgeous home in the highly desirable Bridgemill neighborhood in Canton! I couldn’t be happier for her as she starts this next chapter surrounded by family. 🥰

Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do. Helping my clients through such meaningful life transitions is truly an honor, and I’m so grateful for the trust they place in me 🤗

🎉🎉I had TWO exciting closings yesterday with two different clients and each one deserves their own post!🏡🏡

One closing was the end of a chapter for my amazing buyers/sellers who closed on the sale of their very first home in Smyrna, the place where they built so many memories and brought home their first baby boy. Saying goodbye to that chapter isn’t easy, but what a beautiful next step they’re stepping into…

A new beautiful home where they’ll soon be welcoming their SECOND sweet boy this July 🥹👶💙

Getting to walk alongside them through both the selling and buying side of this journey has been such an honor. And the best part?! I don’t have to go far to see them because they’re officially my NEW NEIGHBORS!! 🙌🏼🏡

This entire process came together so smoothly, and I’m so thankful for the systems and strategies I had in place to make it feel seamless from start to finish!

Cheers to new beginnings, growing families, and making even more memories in a new home 🤗

A special shout out to District Spiritwear for helping create the adorable shirt and onesie for their boys and Dawn by Design for painting the welcome sign to their new home! I appreciate you both for making my closing gifts extra special. 🙌🏡

UNDER CONTRACT x 2! A busy weekend started with an even BUSIER week last week! 🙌 So excited to share that I had not one, but TWO clients go under contract! 🎉

🏡 One is my beautiful Smyrna townhome listing that I helped prep and stage to sell fast and got snatched up in LESS than a week! 🔥
🏡 The other is my sweet out-of-town buyer relocating from Alabama who secured a gorgeous home in the highly desirable Bridgemill neighborhood in Canton!

Feeling so grateful for my incredible clients who trust me during such big life moments 🤗 Let’s keep this momentum going! 🚀

✨ Happy Closing Day (on Friday😉)! ✨So incredibly excited for my buyers as they officially step into their dream home! 🏡

This one was a little bittersweet—helping them meant saying goodbye to some wonderful neighbors who will definitely be missed. But I’m so grateful I was able to bring a buyer and help this sweet family start their next chapter in a home they absolutely love. Moments like this are why I love what I do! ❤️

A very big ‘thank you’ goes to their amazing friends who connected us just a few short weeks ago! They had a feeling I’d be able to find them the perfect home, and fast! 😉🤗

Also, a big shoutout to The Dean Team for helping my buyers secure the perfect loan and Thomas & Brown Attorneys at Law for a smooth closing!

Cheers to new beginnings, new neighbors, and a smooth closing (new roof and all! 🤣)! 🥂
