The past couple days have been a whirlwind but I’m loving it!! Tonight, I was able to tell my First Time Homebuyer client that his offer was accepted. We found the unicorn with this house! It’s been completely renovated including plumbing, electrical and even the crawl space! This house was in high demand but because of my knowledge and experience in knowing how to strategize and put together a strong offer, we got the house!! We even had an escalation clause but that wasn’t needed because the offer was so clean. So, that means that my client got the house for list price! Wow! That was a nice surprise! I’ve also been dealing with getting my client’s Lawrenceville townhouse Under Contract in just 7 days! All this while working on two other active listings, another one coming on the market next week and a 5th one going active after a few projects are done. I’m working hard with another buyer who is Under Contract on a home and making sure that gets to the Closing table. It’s been a busy Spring but I’m not slowing down!
