This new construction deal is one for the books!! It was difficult finding a property that accommodated exactly what she wanted. This home had to be the perfect home for her and her mother, relocating from TN. Every home we went to was missing something. It was either too big, too small, no closet, not enough open space…This list was long. But we weren’t going to give up.

We finally found a home that she liked, but then got the unfortunate news that it was sold to another family that day! 😫 But I wasn’t giving up.

We found another community and I was able to negotiate $15,000 closing cost, fridge and a dryer/washer combo, convert a half bath to a full bath, and frame an extra closet in an oversized office room to turn it into a bedroom. Now her 4bed/2.5 bath, is now a 5bed/3 bath home 🤯 SAYYYY WHAT!?!

LISTEN!!! My builder skills is NOT going to waste! We will make something shake! It’s the best way to benefit my customers!

Huge congratulations to my seller clients, Sheena and Toni on the sale of their Georgia home 🏡🍾

When they asked me to sell their home, I gave them full disclosure. “This home won’t last long. It’s going to sell fast”. And that’s exactly what happened.
