🏡 New construction doesn’t mean you don’t need representation.
These posts were originally set right on the edge of the slab. The proposed “fix” was simply pouring a few inches of concrete underneath them. We weren’t having that.
We pushed for a proper solution: an extended 40' x 10' slab with the posts reset correctly. This is an $800K home from a reputable builder.
Even with new construction, having someone in your corner matters. Little details can become BIG problems. 👊

So this is the 2nd time selling this property! 🤯😁 . They bought it from my clients a couple years ago and when they were ready to sell, they reached out to me. We are bringing back 5 star Fridays! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We have been busy helping our clients navigate this market and have some really great ones to catch up on! We go to help Turner and his family relocate from Towenlake Hills to a home with a little more space to grow in The Falls of Cherokee.
