Hello Vermonters and friends! This is chef Tony! Wanted to introduce my restaurant to the community. Coming this fall, I will be bringing some of my favorite street food dishes to Main Street Bethel! Burritos, Tacos, Bowls, Wings, Loaded Fries, and More! Follow this page to get the latest updates. You can also find us on instagram.

My background: I grew up in Thetford, Vermont in a blended family. My father, a US Veteran and immigrant from Guatemala, moved to Vermont in the late 80’s where he met my mom… in Thetford. My mom’s mom was an Irish Chef. Food has always been how I connect with the ones I love and the community I’m apart of. Whether it was cooking in Colorado where I spent the past 14 yrs, Guatemala, or at home in Vermont. I moved back to Vermont this past year and reconnected with my community. Bethel has been a wonderful community to be apart of and I look forward to being apart of the community for a long time. My menu includes everything from spicy to sweet. Of course there will be maple syrup! There’s a lot of history to the restaurant location and town of Bethel, that also will be showcased on our walls for all of you to see, thank you to Craig from the Historical Society Museum for being such a good resource! We will have plenty of games, community events, and more to bring life to our Main Street!
