You moved there a little over 2 years ago for the family business and brought 2 babies home there too so the memories are wonderful. Now you're moving to East Cobb and another first time home buyer, who is due with a baby soon, will continue the legacy a bring their baby home here too. This was meant to be for this buyer. They had looked at 35 homes before they walked through the door to your home and they knew it was perfect. We had a very short time to close but you worked hard and made it happen.
