A day on Lookout Mountain at Rock City, just under two hours from the Cobb/Cherokee county line. Scenes from childhood stories are tucked into the stone, Rock City says you can see seven states from the overlook on a clear day. You can take the swinging bridge, while I watch you from the stone one! It's decorated for Halloween through the end of October, and the Enchanted Garden of Lights starts in mid-November.
