Hello friends! It’s been a while since I’ve shared my monthly market stats. and July’s numbers are eye-opening!
Cherokee County currently has 10 months of inventory, putting us firmly in a STRONG buyer’s market. The median sales price is also down slightly from this time last year.
The takeaway? It’s a great time to be a buyer! More inventory means more choices and more negotiating power! 🏡

Hello and Happy Friday!
I’m thrilled for my Seller who is officially under contract on their family home! 🏡 We lowered the price less than a week ago, and I’m excited to say we’re now pending and on the fast track to closing!

Real estate markets are always cyclical & every market presents its own set of challenges, but with the right pricing, and persistence, there are always solutions. Congratulations to my wonderful Seller!

Just popping in to share a little gratitude. I’m so thankful for my family, friends, and my amazing Real Estate community—clients, colleagues, and my awesome brokers who keep me inspired.

This year, I helped some wonderful first-time buyers, had amazing referral clients, and finally closed on two parcels of land that were 2.5 years in the making. Such a proud moment!
