Today’s market requires creativity, consistency, and being willing to do what other agents aren’t.

Another month, another look at what the local real estate market is doing! 🏡

July brought a mix of movement across our local counties. Home prices rebounded in Cherokee, Bartow, and Pickens, while Cobb remained relatively steady and Forsyth saw a slight dip. Sales activity slowed in most areas, with Bartow being the exception, posting an increase in homes sold compared to June.

The biggest improvement this month? Homes sold faster in Bartow, Pickens, and Forsyth, while Cherokee held steady and Cobb saw a slight increase in days on market.
