Carl started his career in real estate with John Wieland Homes designing and building breathtaking communities such as Woodmont, Rivergreen, Reunion, Providence, Legacy, Ivey Walk, Heritage at Roswell, Vinings Estates,

Alstead and many more excellent communities. Later, he joined Pulte Homes as Director of Community Development and created neighborhoods such as the Woodlands, Legacy on the River Line, Crabapple Registry, and Park Avenue. Finally, Carl decided to leave corporate to put more focus on the individual home buyer. Over the last few years, Carl has continued to grow a top-producing team for north Metro Atlanta with a focus that has never left the individual client.
