This beautiful Doral model in the Ponds of Bull Valley has been exactly that for our family. Situated on a premium corner lot backing to a peaceful parkway, it offered the perfect balance of privacy, convenience, and space to enjoy every season.

Over the years, we invested thoughtfully in updates that would enhance both comfort and quality. In 2023, all of the windows were replaced, and in 2022, the bathrooms were completely remodeled, creating fresh, modern spaces throughout the home. The main level features luxury vinyl plank flooring and upgraded Leviton switches, with designer dimmers in the dining area that made everything from family dinners to holiday gatherings feel a little more special.

The heart of the home has always been the kitchen and family room. Whether enjoying a quiet evening by the fireplace or hosting friends and family, the space was designed to bring people together. The kitchen was updated with new countertops, custom-painted cabinetry finished in a Sherwin-Williams designer color, and KitchenAid stainless steel appliances that blended beauty and functionality.

Upstairs, the flexible loft became whatever we needed it to be at different stages of life—a workspace, a gathering area, and a place for hobbies and relaxation. Along with three spacious bedrooms, it provides versatility for future owners to make it their own.

One of the features we appreciated most was the full basement with its rare 9-foot pour. The additional ceiling height creates endless possibilities, whether for recreation, entertaining, fitness, or future finishing plans.

Outside is where many of our favorite memories were made. Professional landscaping surrounds a private backyard retreat featuring a brick patio and a custom cedar and black iron pergola. Morning coffee, summer evenings, and conversations with friends all seemed a little better in that space.

The location has been equally special. Directly across from a city park with bike trails, tennis courts, and basketball courts, and conveniently located near the commuter train and within Woodstock District 200, it offered the lifestyle so many buyers are searching for.

As a Realtor, I see homes every day. As a homeowner, I know this one was truly something special. It has been lovingly maintained, thoughtfully improved, and filled with wonderful memories. I'm excited for the next owners to begin their own chapter here.
