We sold our home in Canton this week! I'm so thankful to have worked with another amazing Realtor from Atlanta Communities!! Great transaction and I'm so excited for the new owners is this home.

Congratulations to this first time home buyer! I love helping all of my clients, but this one was a fun and special experience. I am honored to be a part of my sister's first home purchase. I cannot wait to be a part of many memories created here!

I have to give a few shout outs!! First is to Gianni Cerretani & his team at HomeBridge Financial Services. They were able to have my sister approved, rushed appraisal, quick close and all done with an FHA loan. They worked so hard and we appreciate that so much. Plus my sister was able to take part in Gianni's Hero Program!

Another shout out is to Jack Kemp with Haley and Haley Law in Canton. It is always such a smooth process when closing with them. Jack and his team always make you feel like family! If you haven't closed with them, you need to.

Last but certainly not least, I absolutely loved co-oping with another amazing Atlanta Communities Realtor, Jennifer. It is so pleasant to have both sides working together to get both of our clients happily to the closing table.
