Big congrats to this sweet family on their closing 🤍🏡

Selling, buying new construction, and welcoming a newborn—and they handled it all so well.

Toto...I'm officially not in Georgia anymore 🏔️

I left:
🌸 80 degrees
🌼 spring blooms
🤧 pollen covering my entire car
⛳ Masters week energy

…and landed in:
❄️ 30 degrees
🧊 snow + ice
⏰ and a time change that has me all kinds of confused

It’s safe to say… this is a slight change of pace 😂

But here’s what I already notice—
real estate is always local, but lifestyle is EVERYTHING.
