Sanders Real Estate is growing, and we’re excited to share that our new Duluth office is coming soon! 🎉

With Duluth, Sanders will now have three locations:

📍 Stockbridge
📍 Duluth

This new space gives us another way to better serve and support our agents across Metro Atlanta. It will be a place for agents to collaborate, attend trainings, meet with clients, host closings, and connect with one another. 🤝📚🔑

Perseverance isn’t about having endless energy or getting it right every single time. It’s about continuing to show up, especially when the results aren’t happening as quickly as you hoped. 💭

Real estate will test you. There will be great months and slow months, clients who disappear, contracts that fall apart, and plenty of moments when you wonder if all the work is actually paying off. 🏡

The biggest takeaway is that inflation is still a concern. While the Fed doesn’t directly set mortgage rates, continued inflation can keep pressure on rates and impact affordability. 📈

The thing you’ve been putting off might be the very thing that changes everything. ✨

Most people stay where it feels comfortable because stepping into something new comes with risk. But growth rarely happens inside the comfort zone. 🔑

Sometimes the biggest opportunities require us to take a chance before we know exactly how everything will work out. There’s always a reason to wait, to second-guess yourself, or to convince yourself that now isn’t the right time. But staying comfortable can cost you opportunities too.

Great things rarely come from playing it completely safe. 💫 With great risk can come great reward, and sometimes the thing that scares you most is exactly the thing worth doing.
