From Cherokee Tribune: "Existing property values declined in value by $22,242,197 or 0.64%. That has been the first time in many years that values declined in Woodstock. Therefore, if values declined, to get the same flat revenue stream from those same existing properties, the M&O millage rate had to increase. In that way, revenues (taxes collected) remained flat for maintenance & operations. That is considered full rollback," he said. KEY: Property Values ARE DOWN and continue to go down at this time.

Proud to announce that Mike Stott has been nominated for the entire state of Georgia REALTOR® of the year. He won for Cherokee county Association of realtors and now has been nominated for state. What an honor! There is a lot of competition from some very great people across the state however, I will tell you… My husband totally deserves this.

He is one of the best human humans on the face of this planet! And today is his birthday too…
