Today is National Pet Day. Give your dog some extra love today, extra kisses, extra hugs, and if weight is good, they get enough exercise to lose the weight and are good for the day, an extra treat or two. Spaced out of course.

Got a great check up from the cardiac surgeon. Said I can go back to mild pushing in my chair and can add occupational back next week. Mild bed exercises with my arms this week.

So everyone knows I will be leaving Northwestern Medicine Hospital in McHenry sometime today. I will be going to Alden Terrace in McHenry on Crystal Lake Rd. By the Post Office. I love you all thank you for all the visits and calls I have gotten. It helps keep my emotions up where I need them to be during this difficult time.
