✨ PLOT TWIST… I’M BACK, BABY! 🏡💗✨

Sometimes life throws you a curveball… and sometimes that curveball lands you EXACTLY where you were supposed to be. 🙌🏻

I am SO excited to officially be back in FULL PRODUCTION in Real Estate — and I am READY! 🔥

Buying? 🏡
Selling? 💰
Investing? 📈
Just casually stalking Zillow at 11pm and wondering if you should move? 👀😂

I’M YOUR GIRL! 🙋🏼‍♀️

I’m beyond excited for this new adventure and to be joining Dwelli! This next chapter gives me the freedom to get back to what I truly LOVE — helping people buy and sell real estate — while also giving me more time with my babies. And THAT is a win-win I can get behind. 💗

Apparently God said, “Amanda, we’re switching things up.” 😂
And for once, I’m just going with it!

New adventure.
New goals.
More family time.
And one VERY motivated Realtor. 💪🏻🏡

My goal? Close out 2026 as a TOP PRODUCING AGENT. 🏆🔥

So y’all better get ready because Amanda Stanley Sells is officially BACK IN BUSINESS!! 💗🏡

Back to School: Day 2 📚☕😂

Please tell me I’m not the only one with Adam Sandler’s voice living rent-free in my head…

“🎶 Back to school… back to school… to prove to Dad that I’m not a fool… 🎶” 🤣

Meanwhile, I’m over here running a full-on morning obstacle course…
🥣 Breakfast ✔️
🥪 School lunches ✔️
🍎 Snacks ✔️
💧 Water bottles ✔️
🍽️ Dinner in the crockpot before 8 AM? Somehow… ✔️

Who decided mornings needed to feel like an Olympic event? 😂

Here’s to surviving the first week, remembering all the things (or at least pretending we did), and hoping everyone makes it home with the correct lunchbox and matching shoes. 😅

We got this… I think. 💪❤️

Life is always busy

Most evenings you’ll find me at a softball field or the arena instead of behind a desk.

Being a Realtor and a softball / arena mom means my office changes daily.

One thing that never changes?

My commitment to my clients.

Whether I’m at the field or in the office, I’m always just a phone call away.

There is nothing better than getting our Sanders Real Estate family together! ❤️

Our brokerage meetings are so much more than updates and training—they’re about celebrating wins, recognizing hard work, learning together, and cheering each other on. Watching our agents grow their businesses, reach new milestones, and accomplish their goals is exactly why we do what we do.

We’re incredibly proud of every single agent who continues to show up, put in the work, and make a difference for their clients and our community. Thank you for bringing the energy, the laughter, and the heart that makes this brokerage so special.

Here’s to celebrating the big wins, the small victories, and everything in between. We can’t wait to do it all again next month! 🩷🏡

Client Tip
🏡 Don’t skip the pre-approval!

One of the biggest mistakes buyers make is looking at homes before knowing what they qualify for.

Getting pre-approved:
✔️ Saves time
✔️ Strengthens your offer
✔️ Gives you confidence when the right house hits the market

Need a trusted lender? I’ve got you covered!

Current status: Running solely on caffeine, determination, and very little sleep……thank you fury babies🫣

The alarm went off at 5am this morning and I briefly thought to myself….lets do this and then😭 as I’m NOT a morning person.

So here we are… hair brushed (mostly), dressed like a functioning adult and double-fisting Starbucks
☕️☕️ since my coffee maker wouldn’t work😩

Growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone… but apparently neither does sleep.

We are heading into Day 2 ready to learn, connect, and bring back all the good stuff for our agents.

If you see me walking around with two coffees and a slightly delayed response time, mind your business. I’m doing my best. 😂

Let’s do this, Zillow. We’re tired, we’re caffeinated, and we’re coming in HOT. 🔥
