Transaction volumes are starting to pick up in response to lower mortgage rates: pending home sales climbed 4% month-over-month in August, and should improve further in September. The very weak ADP jobs report for September also has the markets convinced that we'll get two more Fed rate cuts before year-end.

It's that time of year again!! Cherokee Thanksgiving needs your support!! Dave and I will be collecting prepackaged desserts to go with the meals that get delivered to thousands of residents of Cherokee County this Thanksgiving morning.

When you go out shopping, consider picking up a few packages of any nut free prepackaged desserts such as the Entenmann's Baker's Delights Butter Mini Pound Cakes or other varieties. They can also be purchased at Sams Club, Costco or BJ's.

Then drop them off (134 Meadow Mill Rd, Woodstock) or contact me to pickup by November 1! If you prefer to make a donation, venmo me at -Goodman-1

This week I had a closing that was bitter sweet! Our good friends and neighbors, Tim and Jane decided to head back out west to their "happy place"!
