We looked at their favorite homes. And BAM they found β€œthe one”. 🏑 This brand new, custom home is stunning and includes everything they were looking for - spacious ranch level living, beautiful and stylish design choices, privacy and acreage, fenced yard space for their pup, annnnd close proximity to their kids and grandchild. βœ¨πŸ πŸŒ³πŸΆβ£οΈπŸ‘ΆπŸ» What more could you ask for?!

Fall is here, and the September numbers are in! πŸ‚ Here’s a quick look at what changed across Cherokee, Cobb, and Fulton counties compared to August:

➑️ Cherokee: Fewer homes sold, prices dipped, and homes took a little longer to sell.
➑️ Cobb: Sales and median prices dipped slightly, while inventory increased.
➑️ Fulton: Fewer homes sold, but the median sales price increased, and so did inventory.

πŸ’‘ The takeaway: September brought fewer sales and a little more time for homes to sell. With more homes available in some areas, buyers may have a bit more room to shop around.
Of course, real estate is 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍, 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍, 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍, so what’s happening in your neighborhood may look very different from the county numbers.
