Home inspections don’t have to derail the deal.

They’re meant to help buyers understand the home more clearly and give sellers a chance to respond with strategy, not panic.

The problems usually start when expectations aren’t clear. A long inspection report can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers. For sellers, repair requests can feel frustrating if they weren’t prepared for what might come up.

That’s why it helps to know the common deal-killers before you get there.
