North Georgia winter has a way of sneaking up on us.

One week it feels like fall. The next, you’re wondering if the outdoor faucet is protected and whether the heat is ready for a cold snap.

He had worked with real estate agents before. But this time, he wanted something different.

A more local agent. Better communication. Someone who understood what was happening in his market and could help him price the home accordingly.

They were buying from out of state.

So before they ever walked through the condo themselves, Conni had already become their eyes and ears on the ground.

The search started nearly a year earlier.
