rking in Real Estate began in 2008. I was eleven years old when the housing market took it's dive, and during that crisis all I wanted to do was help good, hardworking people recover. Now, as a kid, there wasn't much I could do but study, learn as much as possible about the industry and become the best expert that I could be. So, that's exactly what I did, and ten years later, I passed my license exam. The learning that began fourteen years ago still hasn't stopped as I believe in the practice of lifelong learning. So, while I'll never be at my best, I'll always be able to offer fresh and new abilities, tools and experiences to my clients. As a REALTOR®, I've taught myself invaluable skills so that I could better serve my amazing clientele. For my Buyers, I've got the home searching, contract negotiating and consulting abilities to help you find your way home. Not to mention I'm pretty quick to show a listing, with my present record sitting at 30 minutes after the first phone call. For my Sellers, I'm a Real Estate Photographer and Graphic Designer with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud. Essentially, I'm an entire marketing department that you - and your home - have direct access to. When you list with me, the marketing for your listing comes on the house (get it?). Moreover, I'll make sure your home is priced not only to sell, but also to appraise thanks to years of building Comparative Market Analyses. My greatest asset however, is you, my clientele.
